Viking Cruises

Viking Cruises offers both river cruises and ocean cruises through two product lines, Viking River Cruises and Viking Ocean Cruises. A global corporation headquartered in the United States with main operational headquarters in Basel, Switzerland, the company was established in 1997 by a Scandinavian and Dutch consortium led by Torstein Hagen. Initially the company purchased four Russian ships and provided a Russian river-cruise product to Europeans.

Apollo Global Catering provides worldwide tailor-made catering solutions, food, beverage, and housekeeping supplies, services and manpower to short and long-term work areas such as work camps, platforms, disaster response sites. Using the same high-quality ingredients and skilled culinary talent as its cruise line affiliate in the Apollo Group, AGC provides well-balanced meals, varied and fresh foods, along with efficient service and support services.

River Advice

River Advice AG (“River Advice”) is the leading independent manager of river passenger ships worldwide. The expertise of managing and operating river passenger cruise vessels provides excellent benefits for our clients. Clients will benefit from having larger purchasing power and professional expertise. River Advice provides comprehensive services tailored to the needs of each vessel, ship owner or charterer, while specializing in the smaller ship sector of the industry.

Sea Chefs

Our group of companies with the head office located in Switzerland is one of the cruise industry’s leading service providers worldwide; offering hotel, restaurant and crew management for both sea-going vessels and river cruise vessels.
Currently, we have about 8,000 employees on board of more than 50 ocean-going vessels and river cruise ships managed by us, plus 150 employees in our offices based in Basel and Zug in Switzerland, Limassol in Cyprus, as well as, Hamburg and Berlin in Germany.

Steiner has operated spas onboard luxury cruise ships for over 40 years and during that time has witnessed the spa, beauty and cruise industry transform from appealing to niche markets to serving the vacationing public at large. In fact, both the spa and cruise industry are central to the North American lifestyle and continues to become more central in Europe and other regions. Since our early beginnings, Steiner has offered cruise ship jobs to over 50,000 beauty, spa and fitness professionals, giving them the opportunity to see places that others only dream about. Many stay with us for one or two contracts, but a core group remain with us for much longer – 20 or even 30 years.

Carnival is The World’s Most Popular Cruise Line® with 25 ships operating 3 to 16-day voyages to The Bahamas, Caribbean, Mexican Riviera, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, New England, Bermuda, Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. Our newest ship, Carnival Vista, debuted in Spring 2016, while Carnival Horizon is scheduled to enter service in 2018.
