Chief Receptionist

Chief Receptionist  is responsible for the control and supervision of all employees and activities related to, administration and direct service of passengers on board. Candidates should have at least five years of experience on a cruise ship in a similar position. Fluency in English is required and  at least a good level of another (preferably two) foreign language.

First Receptionist

First receptionist supervises the daily running of the reception and crew office on the ship. He also answers directly to the Main receptionist as for tasks associated with the administration. He solves the problems that passengers notify at the front desk. Experience in a similar position in the hospitality industry, or on board of a passenger ship will be an advantage. Fluency in English is required and a good level of (at least one) another foreign language.

Receptionist

Prepares the daily reception agenda according to the recommendations of the Chief receptionist. He provides direct support for guests and is also responsible for receiving any complaints and notify the Chief Receptionist , or the First Receptionist about them. Previous experience in the hospitality industry, along with knowledge of basic computer software used in the reception (eg. Fidelio) will be an advantage. Fluency in English is required and a good level of another foreign language.

Administrator (Clerk Manned)

Administrator takes care of all formalities related to the work and daily life of the crew on the ship. He is responsible for the proper documentation of the arrival of new employees, directing payments to the relevant bank accounts, arranging airline tickets, keeping a record of the attendance of the crew as well as the issuing letters of recommendation and opinions about the employee. The successful candidate must demonstrate fluency in English, and also at least one year of experience in a similar position in a hotel or on board of a passenger ship.

Group Coordinator

Group Coordinator is responsible for the promotion of excursions, sales and organizing group tours for passengers that are offered at every ports on the route of the ship. Experience in a similar position in the hospitality industry or tourism will be an advantage. Fluency  in English, and at least two foreign languages from the following: Spanish, French, Italian, German, is required.
