He supervises and coordinates all activities in the kitchen or at the food delivery station. Experience and certified knowledge of cuisines of the world or Chef’s Certificate is essential in applying for this position. At least four years of professional experience in a restaurant, hotel kitchen or in a similar position is required, as well as fluency in English.
Prepares and cooks all menu items served in all restaurants on board. These are dishes from different parts of the world, some of them served seasonally. A minimum of two years of experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is required, as well as a Cook Certificate recognized by the company. Fluency in English is also required.
He assists the chef and cooks in the kitchen as well as at the food delivery stations. A minimum of one year of experience as a chef’s / cook’s assistant in a restaurant or hotel kitchen and a Cook Certificate is required. Fluency in English is also required.
He is responsible for the preparation and baking all bakery products. A minimum of two years of experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen of a similar position or previous experience in working on ships is required. A Cook Certificate recognized by the company and a fluency in English is also required.
